we stayed at hotel karai for 3 nights, The hotel location is good. Easy to commute. The rooms were neat and clean. we had taken room with breakfast, but the breakfast was a packed breakfast coming from outside. From the breakfast not all things are not up to the mark. it's only a waste. if it was kept buffet, people will serve what they like. We tried to have lunch in the restaurant. ordered non veg meals. surprised to see it had only non veg gravy no pieces. They shud have specified while taking order. we had to order another fish fry which was expensive and cost double the non veg meals. After that we had all 3 days food outside. overall stay was good as rooms were excellent with mini fridge, kettle and tea-cofee sachets.

The hotel had a restriction on the number of drinking water bottles we can consume. We had asked for 3 to 4 bottles in the middle of night due to my partner being sick, but the hotel staff declined. We also weren't allowed or even attended when we asked for the check out time to be more flexible as we had a bus booked for the evening while we were checking out in the afternoon.
